Shelly, can you just…?
That thing you've been putting off?
Let's get it sorted.
You know the one. The thing that keeps appearing on your to-do list because you're not quite sure how to tackle it, whether you're doing it right or where to even start.
Maybe you know exactly what needs doing but don't know HOW to do it. Or perhaps you've spent so long weighing up the options, listening to conflicting advice and questioning your decisions that you're no longer sure what the right thing to do is.
Either way, you don't need another week of Googling, second-guessing yourself or trying to figure everything out on your own.
You need someone who can help you make sense of what's happening, work out what actually matters and help you move forward.
One focused hour. £247. Let's get you unstuck.
Sound familiar?
It's not just another task on your to-do list, is it?
It's that decision you've been going backwards and forwards over for weeks because every time you think you've made up your mind, you hear another opinion that makes you question everything.
It's the idea you genuinely believe could work, but you can't quite figure out how to turn it into something people will actually buy.
It's knowing you're working ridiculously hard, yet still wondering whether you're spending your time on the right things, because being busy and moving your business forward aren't necessarily the same thing.
It's having so much knowledge, so many ideas and so many things you could be doing that you've lost sight of what you actually need to be doing.
Or perhaps it's something much more practical. A job you know needs finishing, a process that isn't working, or something you've been putting off because you don't know how to do it and you haven't got another three evenings to spend figuring it out.

None of this means you're not capable of running your business. But when you're the person responsible for making all the decisions, finding all the answers and somehow knowing how to do everything, even a relatively small problem can start to feel enormous.
It sits in the back of your mind while you're doing other things. It makes you question decisions you were previously confident about. And sometimes it stops you taking action altogether because you're worried about getting it wrong.
You don't necessarily need more information, another course or someone telling you what you SHOULD be doing.
Sometimes you need someone who can look at what's happening, ask the right questions, help you see what actually matters and, when needed, roll up their sleeves and help you get it done.
That's what this hour is for.
Two ways to be stuck
Sometimes you need to know WHAT to do. Sometimes you need help with HOW.
And sometimes you need a bit of both.
Stuck on the how
"I know what I need to do. I just don't know HOW."
You've made the decision. You know what you're trying to achieve. But there's a gap between having the idea and actually making it happen.
Perhaps you've got an offer you want to launch but aren't sure how to put everything together. Maybe you've identified something in your business that needs improving but don't know how to approach it. Or you've started a project, got halfway through and hit the point where you simply don't know what to do next.
You don't necessarily need another course teaching you all the possible ways to do something. You need help applying the right approach to your actual business, so you can stop learning about it and start making it happen.
Stuck on the what
"I know something needs to change. I just don't know WHAT."
You're doing the work, showing up and trying different things, but something isn't clicking. Perhaps your offers don't seem to connect, your sales aren't reflecting the effort you're putting in, or you've got so many competing priorities that you can't work out where your attention should go.
And the more advice you consume, the harder it becomes to make a decision because everyone seems to have a different answer.
You don't need someone to throw another strategy at you. You need someone who can help you look at what's already happening, question the assumptions you're making and work out what actually makes sense for your business.
You don't have to arrive with a perfectly articulated problem.
Sometimes the conversation starts with, "Shelly, I know something isn't working, but I can't figure out what it is."
That's a perfectly good place to start.
What can we work on?
What would you love to finally get sorted?
This isn't an hour where I hand you a generic action plan and send you on your way. It's an opportunity to bring something specific from your business to someone who can help you think it through, make a decision or get practical.
Here are some of the things we could work on.
| 01 | Making sense of your offers You've got ideas, products or services, but you're struggling to explain what you sell, who it's for, how everything fits together or what someone should buy next. We can look at what you've already got and work out how to make it clearer. |
| 02 | Working out what to focus on Everything feels important, your to-do list keeps growing and you're constantly switching between projects without feeling like you're getting anywhere. We can look at what you're trying to achieve and identify the work that's actually worth your time. |
| 03 | Turning an idea into something real You've been sitting on an idea for weeks or months because you don't know how to structure it, what needs to happen first or how to bring all the moving parts together. We can work through the decisions and start turning that idea into something actionable. |
| 04 | Understanding why something isn't working Maybe you're attracting attention but not getting enquiries. Perhaps people are interested but aren't buying. Or something in your customer journey feels disconnected and you're not sure where the problem is. We can investigate what's happening rather than automatically assuming you need to build something new. |
| 05 | Making a business decision Should you create that new offer? Change your pricing? Invest in a platform? Simplify what you're selling? Stop doing something altogether? We can look at the options, the implications and what makes sense for the business you're actually trying to build. |
| 06 | Sorting out the practical stuff And yes, sometimes it really is about getting something built, connected, fixed or finished. That could be an email sequence, a funnel, an automation, a sales page or a system you've been avoiding because you don't know how to make it work. |
Or perhaps it's something completely different.
If there's something in your business that's keeping you stuck, tell me about it. We'll work out whether it's something we can usefully tackle together.
The aim isn't to cram your entire business into an hour. It's to focus on something important enough that making progress on it will actually make a difference.
The real outcome
Imagine what it would feel like to stop going round in circles.
✓ | To make a decision and feel confident enough to act on it, rather than spending another week wondering whether you've got it wrong. |
✓ | To look at your to-do list and know which things genuinely matter, instead of feeling guilty about all the things you haven't done. |
✓ | To finally move forward with an idea you've been sitting on because you now understand what needs to happen and how to approach it. |
✓ | Or to stop worrying about that unfinished job because you've finally got the right help to tackle it. |
Because the frustration isn't always about the task itself.
Sometimes it's about feeling like you should know the answer by now. Sometimes it's the fear of wasting more time or money on the wrong thing. And sometimes it's the exhaustion of being the person who has to make every decision, solve every problem and somehow know how to do everything.
You started your business for a reason. And while running a business will always involve decisions, challenges and things you haven't done before, that doesn't mean you have to figure every single one of them out on your own.
What I want you to leave with is progress you can actually feel.
That might be a decision made, a problem identified, something working that wasn't working before or a much clearer understanding of what needs to happen next.
Not more noise. Not more confusion. And not another enormous list of things you now feel obliged to do.
Just the confidence that you're moving in the right direction.
Why work with me?
I don't just know how to build things. I know when they're worth building.
I'm Shelly Shulman, a UK-based business systems strategist, and I help business owners turn scattered ideas, offers, knowledge and systems into businesses that actually make sense.
I've spent years in the online business space watching people invest in courses, programmes, strategies and technology, only to find themselves with more information than they know what to do with and very little actually implemented.
I love learning. I'm like a sponge myself. Give me something new to understand and I'll happily disappear down a rabbit hole.
But there's a difference between learning something because it's useful and feeling like you need to learn absolutely everything before you're allowed to move forward.
You don't need to become an expert in every marketing strategy, business model or piece of technology. You need to understand what matters for your business, why it matters and how to make it happen.
And sometimes you need someone who can help you see what you're too close to notice.

That's where I come in.
I don't believe in recommending a new funnel because funnels are what I build, or suggesting another platform because it's the latest thing everyone is talking about. If the answer is to simplify what you've already got, that's what I'll tell you.
Equally, if we know exactly what needs doing and it's time to stop talking about it and actually do it, I'm more than happy to roll up my sleeves.
My approach is simple:
| WHAT. | What are we trying to achieve? |
| WHY. | Why does it matter? |
| HOW. | How are we going to make it happen? |
| DONE. | And what can we actually get done? |
Because I don't want you leaving with more knowledge you don't know how to use.
I want you leaving knowing what to do with it.

How it works
One hour. One focus. Proper progress.
1 | Tell me what's going on Book your session and tell me a little about what you're struggling with, what you've already tried and what you'd ideally like to achieve. You don't need a beautifully written brief or all the answers. That's rather the point of booking me. |
2 | We get to work We'll look at what's happening, ask the questions that need asking and decide where our time will be most useful. Depending on the problem, that might mean working through a strategic decision, identifying what's getting in the way, mapping out the right approach or getting hands-on and making something happen. This isn't an hour of me talking at you while you frantically take notes. It's a working session focused on your business and what you actually need. |
3 | You move forward By the end of our hour, we'll have focused on the issue you brought to the session and made as much meaningful progress as we realistically can. Some things can be resolved within the hour. Others need more work, and if that's the case, we'll be clear about what's been achieved and what would need to happen next. |
No pretending we can transform an entire business in 60 minutes. No unnecessary complexity. And no pressure to buy anything else.
The investment
How much longer do you want this taking up space in your head?
Think about how much time you've already spent thinking about it, researching it, trying to figure it out or putting it off until you've got a clearer head.
Perhaps you've bought something you thought would help, only to discover you now have even more information to work through. Or maybe you've asked so many people for advice that you've ended up further away from making a decision than when you started.
And all the while, the thing you actually wanted to achieve is still sitting there waiting.
I'm not suggesting every business problem can be solved in an hour. It can't.
But sometimes one focused conversation, with someone who understands both the strategy and the practical side of running a business, can help you make more progress than weeks of trying to work it all out yourself.
£247
One focused, private hour with me, working on your business and the thing you want to move forward.
You bring the problem. I'll bring the questions, experience, perspective and practical know-how to help you tackle it.
Frequently asked questions
Got a question first?
What if I don't know exactly what I need help with?
That's fine. You don't need to diagnose the problem before you book. Tell me what's happening, what isn't working or where you're feeling stuck, and we'll use that as our starting point. Part of the value of our time together may be working out what the real problem is.
Is this a strategy session or an implementation session?
It can be either, or a combination of both. Some people need help making sense of their business and deciding what to do next. Others know exactly what they need and want practical help making it happen. We'll focus on what will be most useful for you.
Can you actually do things for me during the hour?
Yes, where the task is suitable and we have the information and access needed. I can get hands-on with the practical work, but we'll agree what's realistic rather than promise to complete something that genuinely needs more time.
What if my problem is bigger than an hour?
We'll focus on the part that will make the biggest difference. If the work needs more time, I'll explain what's involved and what the sensible next steps would be. There's no obligation to book anything further.
Can I bring more than one thing?
You can tell me about everything you're struggling with, but we'll prioritise what matters most. I'd rather we make meaningful progress on one important issue than rush through a dozen unrelated things.
Do I need to be good with technology?
Not at all. And your problem doesn't have to be technical in the first place. If technology is involved, I'll explain things in plain English and help you understand what we're doing.
What if I'm not sure whether I need a new funnel, offer, system or strategy?
Then please don't rush out and buy or build one before we've talked! We'll look at what you're trying to achieve, what's already in place and whether the thing you think you need is actually the right solution.
Is this suitable for a newer business?
Yes, as long as you have a specific challenge, decision or area you'd like to work on. You don't need a complicated business to benefit from focused, experienced support.
Will you try to sell me something else?
No. You're booking an hour to work on something specific, and that's what our time is for. If we identify work that would genuinely need additional support, I'll explain the options, but there's no pressure to continue.
How do I book?
Click the booking button, choose an available time and follow the booking instructions. You'll be asked to share a little about what you'd like help with before our session.
You could still be thinking about this next week. Or we could do something about it.
You don't need to know everything about running a business. You don't need to have every answer, master every skill or keep trying to figure out things that aren't your area of expertise.
And you certainly don't need to keep going round in circles because you're worried about making the wrong decision.
Whether you've got something you need to build, something you need to fix, a decision you need to make or a problem you can't quite put your finger on, let's give it some proper attention.
Bring me the thing that's been taking up space in your head.
We'll work out what matters, what needs to happen and how we can make meaningful progress together.
