12 WEEKS / YOUR BUSINESS / ACTUAL MOVEMENT
01 / THE UNFINISHED BUSINESS
How many things do you already know you need to do in your business that still aren't actually done?
I'm not talking about the 427 things the internet has decided you MUST be doing this week. I'm talking about the things you already know matter.
The offer you've been meaning to sort out. The follow-ups you know aren't happening. The emails you've half-written. The gap in your funnel you've spotted but haven't fixed. The sales page that's been nearly finished for three months. The system you keep saying you'll set up when you get a minute.
Most of the business owners I work with aren't short of information. They've done the courses, watched the masterclasses, listened to the podcasts, saved the posts and probably have enough business advice sitting in various folders to keep them going until approximately 2047.
The problem isn't always knowing more. It's turning what you already know into a business that actually works.
02 / WHEN MONDAY HAPPENS
Because knowing what you need to do and actually doing it are two very different things
You make the plan. You know what you're going to do this week, and then Monday happens. A client needs something, an email lands, something breaks, Instagram distracts you with something you apparently urgently need to learn, and suddenly the thing you were definitely doing this week has quietly become something you'll do next week.
Then next week becomes next month, and eventually you start wondering whether you're just shit at sticking to things, whether you need more discipline, better organisation, another planner or some magical productivity system that will finally turn you into the sort of person who colour codes Tuesday and actually does what Tuesday says.

And sometimes, yes, you probably do need to stop pissing about and do the thing. But sometimes not doing the thing is information.
Maybe the goal is still too big and you've never translated it into something you can actually do this week. Maybe you understand WHAT you're supposed to do but you don't actually understand HOW. Maybe you're avoiding the action because doing it means selling something, being visible or putting something out there that people can judge. Maybe you've got fifteen things labelled as priorities, which means none of them actually are.
Or maybe you did the thing and it didn't produce the result you expected, so blindly putting exactly the same action on next week's list isn't necessarily the smartest move.
That's the bit I'm interested in. Not just whether you ticked the box, but what happened when you did, what happened when you didn't, and what that tells us about what you do next.

03 / MEET DONE.
DONE. is where your plan meets your actual business
This isn't another course. There aren't 12 modules waiting for you, there isn't a video library you're going to feel guilty about not watching and there isn't a pile of generic homework designed to keep you busy for the sake of feeling productive.
DONE. is 12 weeks of taking the things you've decided matter in your business and actually doing something with them.
We take your bigger 12-week goals and turn them into something you can actually work with:
12-week goals → monthly targets → weekly goals → actions
Then, crucially, we look at what actually happened, because I don't care whether you had a beautifully organised week if none of it moved anything.
04 / THE PROCESS
What. Why. How. Done.
This is the whole point of DONE.
01 /
WHAT
At the beginning of your 12-week cycle, you'll choose three goals across the three areas I want us looking at throughout your business: Money, Visibility and Structure.
Not seventeen goals and not everything you've ever wanted to change about your business. Three.
We then turn those bigger goals into monthly targets or milestones so you're not spending twelve weeks staring at something enormous and wondering what the hell you're supposed to do with it.
Your monthly target might be a number or it might be a milestone. The point isn't to force every goal into exactly the same format, it's to work out what needs to happen next to move that bigger goal forward.
02 /
WHY
This is the bit that gets missed when everything becomes a to-do list.
Why does this goal matter? What is it supposed to change? And if something keeps not getting done, why?
Because an unfinished task isn't automatically a productivity problem. Sometimes the action isn't clear enough. Sometimes there's a step missing. Sometimes you're avoiding it. Sometimes you've simply tried to fit far too much into the week, and sometimes you haven't done it because you genuinely don't know how.
Writing it on next week's list again probably isn't going to magically fix any of those things.
03 /
HOW
Each week you'll set one goal for Money, one for Visibility and one for Structure, based on the bigger goal you're working towards, your current monthly target and what happened the week before.
Then you'll choose up to five actions TOTAL across those three goals.
Five is the limit, not the target. If you only need three actions that week, brilliant. If Money needs three of them and Structure only needs one, also brilliant.
The point isn't to distribute your tasks beautifully across a dashboard. It's to decide what actually needs doing and give yourself enough space to do it.
04 /
DONE.
And then you implement.
You have dedicated space to work, somewhere to ask when you're stuck and a weekly review that asks more than whether you managed to tick everything off. What got done? What only partly got done? What didn't happen? What result did you get? Did it make money? What got in the way? What are you proud of?
Then we use that information to decide what happens next.
Plan → implement → review → adjust → go again.
Because after 12 weeks, I don't want you looking at another programme you've technically completed. I want you looking back at your business and thinking:
Fuck me. Look what I actually did.
Ready to turn what you know into what actually gets done?
05 / BOUGHT IT. STILL NOT DONE IT.
“But I've bought things before and still not done anything with them.”
Yep.
And this is probably the biggest reason you might be looking at DONE. and thinking, this sounds great, but I've thought that before.
You've bought the course, joined the programme, downloaded the planner or signed up for the challenge. Maybe you even genuinely enjoyed it and learned loads, but three months later you've got another login, another folder full of information and not very much in your actual business that looks different.
I'm not going to solve that by telling you this system is magical or that this time you just need to believe in yourself harder.
I've built DONE. around the reasons I see people get stuck between understanding something and actually implementing it. There's no mountain of content to get through before you can start, because you're working on your own business from the beginning. You're choosing your own goals and actions, and if you have a shit week, there isn't a pile of training waiting for you to catch up on.
And if the reason you're not moving is because you don't understand HOW to do something, you can ask me.
Because this is something I believe very strongly:
I can't make somebody implement, but I can make sure I'm not the reason they're stuck.
I cannot physically make you send the email, finish the page or follow up with the person, but I can make damn sure you're not sitting there thinking, I'd do this if I had a fucking clue what Shelly meant.
06 / THE GAP CAN CLOSE
Because this is what happens when the gap between knowing and doing gets closed
I can tell you that the way I work is practical until I'm blue in the face, but I'd much rather show you what has happened when people have had the time, structure and support to actually implement what they're learning.
DEB / FROM THEORY TO BUILT
Deb said:
“It took all the theory and made it actually implementable.”
And the difference that made?
“It's gone from ‘I understand this concept’ to ‘I have products and the tech to sell them, built’.”
CLAUDIA / MOMENTUM
Claudia said:
“I'm a deadline dancer and the weekly calls, tasks and tech support helped me keep momentum and accountability.”
And this is the bit that matters enormously to me:
“Without this, I am sure this would have been another unfinished course.”
LAUREEN / THE PIECES CONNECT
Laureen had been working on her business for almost two years and couldn't seem to get all the pieces to come together.
Her verdict after working with me?
“Ten weeks later, they do.”
These aren't testimonials from DONE. because DONE. is brand new. They're examples from people who've worked with me before, and I'm showing them to you because they demonstrate something much more important than me promising you that I'm “supportive”.
They show you what I mean when I say I care about the gap between understanding something and actually getting it implemented.
You don't need another folder full of information. You need somewhere to actually use what you already know.
07 / YOUR WEEK INSIDE DONE.
So what actually happens when you join DONE.?
This is where I think DONE. is very different from simply giving you a planner, an app or five prompts and sending you on your merry way.
Yes, there is a private DONE. app. That's where your 12-week goals live, where you'll set your monthly targets, plan your weeks, record your actions and review what happened.
But the app isn't the product. It's the structure underneath the process.
Because there is an actual person behind DONE. and that person is me.
MONDAY / PLAN
On Monday, DONE. comes back to you. You'll get an email prompting you to plan your week, and when you log in you'll be able to see the bigger 12-week goals you're working towards, your current monthly targets and what you're trying to move this week.
You'll set one weekly goal for Money, one for Visibility and one for Structure, then decide on up to five actions across them. You don't have to remember that somewhere, buried in the depths of your laptop, is a programme you're supposed to be doing, because DONE. comes back to you.
WEDNESDAY / IMPLEMENT
Then during the week we have a live implementation session.
This isn't a lesson and it isn't another hour of me giving you more things to learn. It's protected implementation time where you actually work on the things you've said you're going to do, with me there.
FRIDAY / REVIEW
Then on Friday, DONE. comes looking for you again.
You'll get your review prompt and look at what happened that week. What was Done? What was Partly Done? What was Not Done? What results did you get? What revenue can you attribute to what you did? What got in the way? What are you proud of?
Not because I'm creating a school report for you, but because that's useful business information.
If you're working away quite happily, brilliant, crack on. If you get stuck, ask me. If you don't know how to do something, ask me. If you've somehow turned what should be a fifteen-minute job into an elaborate seventeen-stage business infrastructure project, there is every chance I will tell you that too. 😂
Because sometimes accountability is enough, and sometimes the reason something isn't DONE. is because you're stuck and you need somebody to help you get unstuck. Those aren't the same problem.
The live implementation sessions happen every Wednesday, alternating between 11am and 2pm UK time. There are no replays, because there is no teaching to catch up on. These sessions exist to give you dedicated implementation time and access to me while you're doing the work.
Between sessions, you'll also have the private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share what's happening and get support rather than waiting until the following Wednesday if something is genuinely holding you up.
08 / YOUR COMPETITION IS YOUR OWN PLAN
This isn't accountability that gives you a gold star for showing up
There are no points, badges, streaks or leaderboard where Susan has somehow achieved 97% and now everybody secretly hates Susan.
Your competition is your own plan.
What matters is whether the things you said were important are actually moving. Sometimes the review will tell us to keep going, sometimes it will tell us to change something and sometimes it will tell us to stop doing something altogether because it isn't producing the result you expected.
And sometimes it'll show us that the problem isn't accountability at all. It's HOW.
No amount of me shouting “COME ON, YOU'VE GOT THIS!” at you solves the fact that you don't actually know what to do next.
That's why I am part of DONE. I'm not going to chase you around the internet with a clipboard demanding evidence that you've completed your five actions, but I do want to know when you're stuck. I want to know when the same thing keeps getting in your way, what's working and what isn't, because there is a difference between “I didn't do it” and “I couldn't do it because I got stuck.”
I don't think those two things should be treated as though they're the same.
09 / ASK ME ANYWAY
What if the thing you're stuck on feels ridiculously basic?
Ask me anyway.
This is one of the things I've seen over and over again when I work with people. Something gets explained once, everyone else appears to understand it and suddenly you feel like you're the only person in the room who didn't get the memo, so you don't ask.
And then you can't do the next thing because you don't understand the thing before it.
Voni described this brilliantly after working with me:
“Once I understood and was shown how to put everything together I realised how logical it was. It now feels less scary.”
Heather talked about not only building and testing her sales system, but becoming familiar with the software and building the confidence to do the things her business needed, which meant no more analysis paralysis.

That's what I mean when I say I don't just care whether you've been given the information. I care whether you can actually do something with it.
If what you've been missing isn't more information but structure, implementation time and someone there when you get stuck, this is exactly what I've built DONE. for.
10 / THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE
What you get inside DONE.
You get 12 weeks of structure, implementation, accountability and access to me, built around your business rather than a generic curriculum.
You'll have your own private DONE. app where you can see your 12-week Money, Visibility and Structure goals, your monthly targets, your weekly goals, your actions and your reviews, so you're not starting every Monday trying to remember what the hell you were supposed to be doing.
You'll receive your Monday planning email to bring you back to your priorities and your Friday review email to help you look at what actually happened and use that information to make the next decision.
You'll have a live implementation session every Wednesday, alternating between 11am and 2pm UK time, where you can actually work on your business with me there to answer questions and help when you're stuck, plus access to the private DONE. Facebook group for questions and support between sessions.
And as the weeks build, you'll create something I think most business owners massively underestimate the value of: evidence.
Not just a vague feeling that you've been busy for three months. You'll be able to look back at what you planned, what you did, what you didn't do, what produced results, what made money, where you got stuck and what actually moved.
DONE. isn't 12 weeks of me giving you more things to do. It's 12 weeks of helping you do the things that matter.
11 / SOUND FAMILIAR?
DONE. is probably for you if...
You already know quite a lot about business, but there's a frustrating gap between what you know and what actually gets implemented. You've got things sitting unfinished that you know would make a difference if you could just get them over the line, or you regularly find yourself with so many priorities that the genuinely important things get buried amongst everything else.
You want accountability, but you also want access to somebody when the problem isn't motivation and you genuinely don't know what to do next.
You don't necessarily need a brand-new business model, another strategy or another 87 things to add to your list. You need to turn the business, knowledge and ideas you already have into something that actually works.
If what you're looking for is another course full of new strategies, hours of training and a huge list of things you could be doing, DONE. probably isn't what you're looking for, and that's absolutely fine.
12 / ROOM TO BE HUMAN
And if you have a shit week?
Then you had a shit week. Welcome to being a human being who runs a business.
There is no “you've failed DONE.” email, and there is no falling behind because there isn't a pile of training building up somewhere while you deal with a sick child, a client emergency, a migraine, a family situation or simply a week where everything takes approximately seventeen times longer than it should.

Instead, we look at what happened. Did something unexpected wipe out half the week? Did you massively overestimate how much you could fit in? Did you get stuck or avoid something because it felt uncomfortable? Did you technically only complete three things, but those three things were actually bloody important?
That's what the Friday review is for.
It's not a good-week/bad-week score. It's information that helps you make a better decision about the next one, and then Monday comes and we plan again.
13 / LESS ON THE LIST. MORE MOVEMENT.
And no, you don't have to complete five actions every week
This deserves saying again because I know exactly what will happen otherwise.
Five is a limit. It isn't a target.
DONE. is deliberately designed to stop you creating a weekly list containing everything you've ever wanted to achieve since starting your business. Some weeks you might need five actions and some weeks you might need three. One goal might need most of your attention while another simply needs maintaining.
The point is not to prove how productive you are. The point is to keep moving the things you've already decided matter.
14 / YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
What happens at the end of the 12 weeks?
We look back at the three goals you started with, the monthly targets you set along the way, the things you committed to each week, what got finished and what didn't, the results, the revenue, where you repeatedly got stuck and, most importantly, what actually moved.
By then, you'll have 12 weeks of evidence about your business rather than 12 weeks of trying to remember what happened.
Then you decide what happens next.
If you want another 12 weeks of DONE., you can renew for another cycle. You'll set fresh Money, Visibility and Structure goals and start again, while keeping the history of everything you've already done.
If you don't want another cycle, that's fine too. Your active access ends and your DONE. history becomes read-only so you can still look back at what you achieved.
There is no automatic renewal. I'm not quietly taking another £97 and hoping you don't notice. At the end of your cycle, you decide whether you want to do another one.
15 / LOOK WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DID
Your next 12 weeks could look very different
Not because I'm promising you some magical productivity transformation or because I've discovered a secret way to add another twenty hours to your week, and definitely not because I'm going to give you another hundred things you should apparently be doing.
They could look different because instead of constantly adding more things to the list, you're going to decide what actually matters, understand why you're doing it, work out how you're going to do it and then keep coming back to those things for long enough to see what actually happens.
That's really what DONE. is.
By the end of the 12 weeks, I'm not expecting you to have magically completed every single thing you've ever wanted to do in your business. That's not the point, and frankly if I promised you that I'd be talking bollocks.
What I want is for you to be able to look back at where you started and see what you actually worked on, what got finished, what created results, what made money, what you changed because it wasn't working and where you got stuck along the way.
Because that's useful. That's how you start making decisions based on what's actually happening in your business instead of constantly reacting to whatever feels urgent that week.
And hopefully, somewhere in amongst all of that, there is also a moment where you look at everything you've moved over those 12 weeks and think:
Fuck me. Look what I actually did.
16 / JOIN DONE.
Join DONE.
12 weeks of implementation, accountability and actual human support
The first DONE. cycle starts Monday 5 October 2026.
You'll get your private DONE. app, Monday planning prompts, Friday reviews, weekly live implementation sessions, access to the private Facebook group and, importantly, access to me when you need help getting something over the line.
The live implementation sessions happen every Wednesday, alternating between 11am and 2pm UK time. There are no lessons to work through and nothing to catch up on because the Wednesday sessions are live implementation spaces, not teaching sessions, so there are no replays. You come along, work on what you've committed to and use me when you need me.
DONE.
Pay in Full
Thank you
DONE.
3 @ £33 a month
Thank you
Both options give you the full 12-week DONE. experience. The payment plan is simply three instalments for one 12-week cycle, it isn't a cancellable monthly membership and neither payment option automatically renews at the end of your 12 weeks.
17 / GOOD QUESTIONS
A few things you might be wondering...
What if I can't make the live implementation session?
Nothing terrible happens and you don't “fall behind”. The Wednesday sessions aren't training sessions, so there isn't a lesson you've missed or a replay you need to catch up on.
Your weekly plan is still there in DONE., you'll still get your Monday and Friday prompts and you can use the Facebook group if you have a question. The live session is protected implementation time with access to me, rather than something your progress depends on attending every single week.
Is DONE. a course?
No. There isn't a curriculum to work through because you're implementing your business, not mine.
I'll give you the structure and process, and you'll use that to work on the things you've already decided matter.
What if I don't know what my three goals should be?
You don't need to arrive with a beautifully written strategic plan. The structure will help you think across Money, Visibility and Structure rather than simply choosing whichever bit of your business is shouting loudest that day.
Your goals don't need to sound clever. They need to be useful.
What if I get technically stuck?
Ask me, and that doesn't only apply to tech.
If you don't understand what your next action actually means, you're unsure how to approach something or you've got yourself tangled up trying to make something far more complicated than it needs to be, ask.
Sometimes I'll know the answer, sometimes we'll look at it together, and sometimes I'll tell you that you've somehow made the thing seventeen times more complicated than it needs to be and we can remove fourteen steps. 😂
What if I don't complete all five actions?
Nothing, because you're not required to have five.
It's up to five. The limit exists to make you focus, not to give you another arbitrary target to fail, and if you don't complete the actions you did set, we'll look at why during the review rather than simply declaring the week a disaster.
Will I automatically be charged again after 12 weeks?
No. DONE. works in 12-week cycles, and towards the end of your cycle you'll have the option to buy another 12 weeks if you want to continue.
If you don't, you aren't charged again.
Is the 3 × £33 option a monthly membership?
No. It's simply a payment plan for your one 12-week DONE. cycle.
You'll make three monthly payments of £33, giving a total of £99, and you'll receive the same 12 weeks of access and support as somebody who pays £97 in full.
Is this just another accountability group where I get given homework?
No. I'm not going to invent things for you to do so DONE. looks busy.
You're working on your goals, your business and the things you've decided actually matter, and I'm interested in more than whether you did your homework because sometimes you didn't do it and sometimes you couldn't do it.
Those aren't always the same thing.
18 / READY?
Ready?
If you're done collecting business advice and ready to spend the next 12 weeks actually doing something with what you already know, choose how you'd like to join.
Pay £97 in full
Or pay 3 × £33
19 / WHAT. WHY. HOW. DONE.
You probably don't need more business advice
You've likely got enough of that saved in your phone, your inbox, your Google Drive and the 48 tabs you've currently got open to keep you going until approximately 2047.
And I'm not saying you'll never need to learn anything new again, because obviously you will. But I think there's a point where learning more stops being the answer and what you actually need is somewhere to take the things you already know matter and finally do something with them.
That's what I've built DONE. for.
It's somewhere to turn the bigger things you want from your business into something you can actually work on this month and this week, without trying to do everything at once. It's somewhere that keeps bringing you back to the plan when business inevitably tries to distract you, but also gives you room to change that plan when the evidence tells you something isn't working.
And importantly, there is an actual person behind it. If you don't do something, I'm interested in why, because sometimes you absolutely did just piss about and avoid it 😂 but sometimes you didn't understand the next step, got stuck halfway through or realised the thing you thought would take an hour actually required six other things first.
Those are different problems, and treating all of them as though you just need to “be more accountable” isn't particularly useful.
I can't promise you'll do everything. I can't physically make you send the email, build the page, make the offer or follow up with the person, and I'm not going to pretend that buying DONE. suddenly gives you an extra day in the week.
What I can do is give you the structure to decide what matters, help you work out how to move it, give you somewhere to actually implement it and make sure that if you're stuck because you don't know what to do next, I'm not the reason you stay stuck.
That's the whole thing.
What. Why. How. Done.
